The mobile giant Samsung has decided to replace its Galaxy S with its new product Samsung Galaxy S2 as the former has been slightly overshadowed by the launch of a number of new phones in the recent past months. It is expected that it will feature highly modern technologies and applications. The handset was slated to to be launched at the MWC 2011, and from the details regarding the device revealed by the company we can have a look at the superb features and applications. With its release in the market for the consumers, all the top mobile network companies are expected to launch various Samsung Galaxy S2 deals in the UK market.

According to the rumours making the rounds, the Samsung gadget will carry either a 4.3 inch or 4.5 inch screen using Super AMOLED display unit. Other screen features like Gorilla Glass display, TouchWiz UI v4.0, Multi-touch input method, Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Touch-sensitive controls, Proximity sensor for auto turn-off, Gyroscope sensor and Swype text input. The phone is expected to have a 8 MP camera with a high resolution of 3264×2448 pixels and is added with camera features like autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection and image stabilization. It will carry an internal memory storage space of 16GB/32GB storage, 1 GB RAM that can be stretched up to microSD, up to 32GB.
